can someone please help me!? My vagina as in the lips seem to be swollen and it is itchy usually during night time.... The genital hair seem to have a white head on the end....usually the hair comes out pretty easy on pulling at it and when they do come out some of them seem to have a white ball attached to it. at times there is a discharge as well
Can someone please help me as to what it could be and if any treatments can be made?

swollen and itchy vagina is usually a sign of candida infection aka yeast infection.
