Recently, I've found a lump on my labia near the clitoris. It's not itchy until I touch it but I'm scared it might be something serious. We've had oral sex and I'm scared it might be herpes or something. Should I get it checked out?

It is probably nothing more than a mucous filled sac, quite reasonable as things are very moist down there. Having little lumps is normal and you will have several at any given time. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, but if it's causing you any discomfort (physically or psychologically) I would go see a doctor.
As a side note I would also suggest not doing an internet search ... they are usually fruitless and do nothing but make you afraid of the possibilities. I just did an online test that told me I was dying from the bubonic plague ... I'm pretty sure it's wrong. (Another time I was told I was having a stroke - I was 14 and had heartburn)
