the symptons you describe can fit many diseases, i strongly suggest you seek medical attention with a professional; you could have a common allergy to something and there may be a very simply remedy or it may be a serious condition that requires immediate attention; the last piece of advice you should rely on is blind information supplied by indivduals without medical credentials.
Hi, I had very similar small bumps that could get very itchy. If I itched them, they would get very big, swollen and red. I did 3 things that helped alot! One was to do an old WW1 trick. Trench soldiers in WW! got trench foot (fungus) They would urinate on it and it would help alot. So I tried putting urine on my itchy spots (in the shower) and they stopped itching very soon after. Then I would put moisturizing lotion on my feet before bed. then I would make sure to drink lots of water.
My conditions would always, always come in the wintertime when the home had very dry air from heating. During the summer, I never, never got them.
So, my theory is that the dry winter air makes us lose our hydration quickly. This makes our skin dry and cracks. The dry cracked skin becomes suseptable to fungus which is abondant on our feet. This fungus is very easily spread through putting on clothes and spreads to our legs, butt, stomach, then arms and so on. Urine is a very effective way of killing foot fungus so it also worker very well and fast killing the fungus that attacked the dry scaley skin causing the very itchy small red bumps.
try it and let us know what you think.
