Hello,

I am gay and I am in a straight relationship with my boyfriend. Because of our schedule and piled up work, we haven't really done it in a long time.

Now, I'm having itchy urethra, and there's a discharge that I just noticed. It's yellowish and it already dried up. It doesn't have a foul smell, but it's enough to cause fear in me. The last time I had sex with my boyfriend was two months ago. And it's possible I got it from him.

Could this be chlamydia?
I do think that it's an STD from your description. As to what it is, I can't tell. It could also be gonorrhea.

You'll need to see your doctor and get tested. Antibiotics will most likely be prescribed.

Hello there,

It could be that you are not suffering from STD but from some kind of urinary tract issue. This can happen to man too and especially in your case.

Since you didn’t have sex with your boyfriend for two months I would definitely say that no STD is in question because symptoms of Gonorrhea and Chlamydia usually appear in about two or three weeks.

But keep in mind that symptoms of Chlamydia may not appear until your immune system is weaken enough.

All in all you need to see your doctor because whatever is in question you will probably have to do some tests to determine the right diagnosis. and after diagnosis your doctor will prescribe you treatment.
