Elloh. I am 13 years old girl, i'm 5'2", and i weigh 156. ive always wanted to loose weight, and i want to weigh at the most 120 or a little less. It's not that i don't want to lose weight, its just that i never really cared about it much. :? I desperatly want to loose AT LEAST 10-20 pounds this month(10 pounds nessecarry, 20 pounds want to) :) . I know i need to excersice, but I don't have very good conditions to do that. :x :( I have limited transportation so i cant go to any gym or fields, i live in an apartment so i cannot do excerise in my room for it would cause too much noise downstairs, and I live in Revere Massachusetts so it is impossible to excerise outside with all the snow and the freezing cold. :( Also, when i excersice, i have alot of breathing problems. i have to breathe through my mouth when i excerise cuz my nose wont allow much air to enter through it, so i constantly get out of breathe easily and my lungs get tired and hurt very quickly. Any help?? :D :)
Mmmkay... i C ur conditions haha Drink cold cold watter before bed every night because u burn calories when ur body has to warm it up and when u sleep ur body also burns calories so its a double double. If ur not home schooled then at lunch go to the gym and play basketball or somthin fun anything fun that u like as long as ur moving and ask some friends to play also it makes it more fun and it takes ur mind off it. Eat healthy (since i rarely eat for some reason) just shrink ur stomach eat less and less everyday then dont eat till ur full put a small portion on ur plate and just eat that if ur still hungery then drink water till ur full:)x. And within 2 days u should lose about 3 pounds but do this and try to take u mind off it. Hope this helps and it works for me but i work out it helps me stay in shape:) (i weigh 122 lbs.)
