I know of a pretty good way. You tell him that you have just been diagnosed with Chlamydia. Don’t make any accusations, lower your voice and talk in a friendly manner.
You should tell him that you haven’t been seeing anyone after him and that you don’t know if you contracted Chlamydia from him or from the guy you have been seeing before and that it would be best if he had it checked as well. Also tell him that Chlamydia often shows no signs and symptoms and that he may have it without even knowing and that Chlamydia needs to be treated because it is a very dangerous bacteria that could travel through the blood stream and cause a lot of unnecessary trouble especially when it is so easily treated.
If he starts attacking you for transmitting anything to him, just play it cool, don’t get upset and don’t show him that you are worried or embarrassed. Just say that it could have been him as well and walk away if he starts acting unfriendly. Good luck! Let me know how it went!
