okay ... its an anal lubricant ... its perfectly natural but also a sign of IBS it naturally occurs wen u pass a hard or 'acidic' stool to make for a more comfy passing .. so im guessing if u were lets just say 'adding to the load' her body would have produced this thinking she was passing an uncomfortable stool
I think I have psoriasis around my ass and I scratch around my anus a lot and today I farted out a clear jelly, no blood, but there were very small bits of fecal matter, mostly jelly though. It was about half a teaspoons worth and it didn't smell like anything. I'm sick with the flu I think, so maybe that's why it didn't smell like anything. Not sure what's goin' on :S

I hope I dont have colone cancer
I am 21 and recently have been experiencing this issue. I think it may be linked to a lactose sensitivity, at least in my case. Growing up, every now and then after eating a heavily dairy-based meal, I'd get horrible digestive problems (diarrhea, gas, stomach aches, etc.) Now as I get older, my un-diagnosed sensitivity to lactose is seemingly getting worse. I have switch to Lactate milk to combat the issues in the bathroom but it's hard to give up ice cream, pizza and cheese. I don't really eat unhealthy, these foods are in small dosses but even then, about a few hours after eating primarily dairy-based products, I'll get cramping, bloating, and that horrible clear, jelly like substance with a bit of blood that comes out when I use the bathroom every time. It didn't happen before and links up with my lactose sensitivity theory.
These are my thoughts and I guess the best answer is to just get checked out by your doctor because this sounds like it could be a symptom for a variety of issues.
I'm having the same problem recently. Today I felt bloated and wanted to pass motion but when I got to the bowl, I felt like I was passing watery motion but when I touched I felt watery clear mucus. This is after I feel like I'm farting. I tried again and a spit like substance fell in the bowl with a drop of brownish stuff. Could it be cause I tried to pass motion too hard? I'm constipated now. I've had anal sex before but that was like 4 years ago.
I was just laying in bed one night when I got a little cureious and started expiramenting with my anal area. It was just my finger but it started hurting so I stopped. Ounce I did I noticed a pinkish sqwishy thing on my finger . Does any body know what the hell this means.

The most common causes for mucus rectal discharge are benign. Anyway, serious pathology is sufficiently likely to warrant though examination. There are a few conditions that can cause rectal mucus discharge. Common are hemorrhoids, anal fissures, rectal prolepses, proctitis and perineal warts. Those situations are most common in human. Occasional that can be caused by rectal carcinoma and villous adenoma. Also perineal Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis is possible for rectal mucus discharge. There is included and solitary rectal ulcer syndrome too. A very rare condition that causes rectal mucus discharge is anal tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea or
AIDS. As you can see, there are a lot of reasons that could be reason for your problem, which mean you should visit your doctor and make examination. That is nothing embarrassment, it’s about your health.

Please tell me you know what this is. I've just developed this and I'm freaking out.
dont worry about it.. normal when you first start having anal sex and dont use enough lube!
To 'guest' with lactose troubles -- I think you may be onto something.
I'm 21 as well (22 in a day or so), and recently had a bowl of cereal -- with milk, of course. Because I'm visiting relatives and don't like their choice of food much, I haven't had any milk since arriving here ~3 weeks ago.
Along with this milk, I half-expected the typical gas/slight pain that accompanies the first time I've have dairy in a while. But, this evening was a bit worse than usual and -- bam. Bloody, runny...c**p...instead of the usual. A moderate amount of blood, in a slightly gooey medium, and the coming of actual poop does not seem to coincide with the discharge.
This makes too much sense. I'll have it checked out soon nonetheless, but this is very reassuring. Add lactose intolerance to the list!
Of note, perhaps, is that I usually eat and drink plenty of dairy products with no symptoms to speak of. I think the trick is keeping consumption up.

hello, i'm a 23 year old female and i'm having the same problem. did you ever get checked out or get any good advice..or find a solution to resolve it?
My daughter at the age of 14 started out with some of the same symptoms and was finally diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. 8 years later she was re-diagnosed with Chrons. While Colitis can be cured through surgery, Chrons is a life time disease. I encourage all of you to seeK more than one opinion about whats going on with your body. The sooner you see a doctor the earlier your treatment if needed. G
