Do you know anything about John Hansen diet? I heard some stories in the gym about it and got very interested. I have already tried several diets and they did not show any effect. Well, except for a protein diet that did have effect but made me some nervous I had to stop after 5 days (guess I cannot live without carbs). Anyway, I would appreciate any info on Hansen.

I must admit that I do not know much about it, I mean I did not try it but my friend did and he said it was great. First of all, his diet is just a part of the bigger program. It also includes his training program, which is also great. The point is, both diet and workout program will be adjusted to your body (your proportions, fat percentage, height, weight). So all the routines and meals will be modified for you only, all in effort so that you could reach maximum without stress and in a shorter time. Hmm, I think that I had just convinced my self to buy it!
