Glad to have found this thread. I've had the knee pain for about 10 years. At first it seem to be attributed to my diet, now it seems to occur with my period. Had x-rays and spoke with numerous doctors with no diagnosis.  I was prescribed strong painkillers and had steroid injections with no help. I still feel the pain. Recently I've tried CBD oil and that seems to relieve the pain.  Has anyone try managing their pain with diet?

Recently this year (I'm 18) I have discovered that on the first day of my cycle, I get horrible knee aches and after the first day, my knees go back to feeling normal. I find this really strange! What could be causing this?

I believe it’s due to inflammation.
