My breasts went through a year long growth spurt. I had slightly puffy areolas to begin with, but during the growth spurt they became huge. This happened a couple years ago, and I'm now a very perky D cup with huge puffy areolas. They look like large balls on the ends of my breasts. The doctor explained it to me (herniated areolas) and said surgery can make them more "normal" looking. But I'm not going to have any surgery. My ex b/f loved them, and they don't bother me, except that it's hard finding bras that fit right. So don't let your puffy areolas bother you. We're not all supposed to look the same and there are no "perfect" or "normal" breasts or nipples. I actually like mine now!

You are so lucky to have such beautiful breasts like that it's almost like having another breast growing from the nipple when they are that big, I'm so glad you didn't opt to have surgery and that you have learnt to love them and I just wish there was more woman out there like you :)

When people see me I often get told I'm very beautiful and stuff like that. But I could not see my boobs as something that looked good on me, overall I was pretty confident. I'm slim but I have a small waist and big butt with long curly brown hair, big green eyes and full lips. People compliment me a lot about my looks. But still I was not happy with my C cup boobs with puffy nipples until every guy that saw them was crazy about them, nowadays I'm more confident because of all the guys loving them and that I started liking them myself. Wrong, wrong, wrong......so VERY wrong. I also am one of those guys who find small breasts and puffy aereola a huge turn-on. And protruding nipples send me over the top. You seriously underestimate the sexy factor and the number of guys who think they are absolute perfection.
