Your self esteem is so low that you've become nothing but a slave to what others think and want.

Reducing your body size in order to get healthy is one thing, but changing your body just because of what some shallow guy thinks is the most ideal aesthetic for a particular body part, is the most insanely thing.

You don't need breast surgery, you need frack'n psycological help, so spend the money on a psychiatrist and also scout around online to see if you can find someone selling some common darn sense!

I guess if some guy thinks you shouldn't have an education and that you belong in the kitchen, you'd fall for that too!

Puffy nipples are a huge turn on with guys. I have big, puffy Arreolas and every guy that I've been has been wildly obssessed with them. Please don't get surgery, if you by chance meet a guy who doesn't like it, I can promise you that he is one of the dbags that actually don't know what they want. Move on to another guy or girl who appreciates it because most of them do!

If you like having your breasts stimulated then puffy nipples are the best because most partners tend to want to suck or bite them because they are so desirable.

I'm exactly like you, I'm 20 and since my 15 I'm very ashamed of my puffy large nipples I always thought they were unnatural and wanted to do a plastic surgery. I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror without hiding them
I could watch them only when they're really hard and look almost "normal"
I stayed with a guy 2 years, when he saw my breast for the first time after 1 year and a half (I was too ashamed to show them) he was shocked and humiliated me, after this I couldn't be confindent about them anymore
Recently I found a guy and he LOVES them so much he says it's unique and I should embrace it
I begin to feel better about it and hope you too
All those comments above made my heart warm thank you you have no idea how it helped me right now

Yes we grow kind of selfconscious don't we and for no reason at all! I hated my puffies from the moment it became clear they would not go away but fortunately I never had your experience with men: all my bfs loved them and when I go topless on the beach I get very encouraging stares. True enough: I still like them better when hard and normal but I embraced them totally. Thanks boys!! :))
