I have seen many posts inquiring about yellow, jelly-like substance in the semen with replys saying in jist, "probably nothing". but, mine are very long (up to 2 inches) and sometimes cause pain when ejaculating. I can feel them coming through and sometimes have to help. Also, I have a very hard time maintaining an erection for more than a minute or 2. I believe these problems may be related as the level of erection difficulty seems to correlate directly with the amount of these things and the difficulty of them coming through. They're also both worse when I haven't ejaculated recently.

I went to a urologist for this problem when i had health insurance (1yr ago), and he gave me some antibiotics hoping it was a simple infection, but the antibiotics did not help and i lost my insurance so couldn't return.

i am having this same issue!!! i have been getting UTI's since I was about 15 and they have no idea why...this past one I got was veryy bad! and suddenly this is happening very yellowish semen and it was never like that before it also used to shoot out alot more then it does and my erections do not stay I'm 22 anybody know whats going on??

I am also 18 years old and have discovered over the past few years that have yellowish clumps in my semen when i ejaculate and it painful sometimes.
I'm 22 and for the last month and a half I've been having painful ejaculations, and I found small yellowish, dried, jelly-like stuff in my semon! Scary man! It hurt and has a burn feeling during ejaculation...

I am 38 Male I am a virgin and when I was younger I had white sperm that was milky and smelled like clorox. several years back I noticed my sperm after masturbation was yellow/greenish globs. I don't know if it hurt when ejaculating. I also have blood in my urine that I have known about and checked on since I was 15 or so. I have had 2 cystocopys. bolth showed no reason for the bleeding according to the urologists. Now I have alot more pain when urinating. I have been on anti-depressents and schizophrenia medication since I was 21. I am embarrassed to tell anyone about it because I am a virgin at my age and I am scared that this could make me sterile.
I have been having these same symptoms for 12 years and it seams to slowly be getting worse. I have been checked for STD's and came back NEG. Does anyone know what to do?

I suppose this is a good thing, seeing that I have a lot men working in my testicles, but really, my ejaculations are becoming less and less enjoyable, which is no good for anyone.
I had the rather unfortunate experience of sleeping with a girl about a year ago, unprotected, who gave me chlamydia (eek) which I caught early and was totally cleared up following antibiotics. I was given an all-clear from a test post med cycle, so I don't believe this is related. Furthermore, I just finished another round of antibiotics which were prescribed for something unrelated, but would have (I believe) had an effect on, and cleared up, any type of bacterial prostatitis -- which is a potential culprit.
But really, I have yet to go to a urologist to discuss this, and have lately been trying to take things into my own hands by ejaculating more, thinking my semen production is working overtime or something lately and need to release. If that makes any sense...
I am starting to think-- seriously now -- that with the increase in computer use, laptops specifically, and the now confirmed damage they can do to male reproductive systems if resting for long periods on your lap, I'm starting to question if this could be related to our seemingly unknown, "harmless" problem. So, the question is, do any of you use a laptop for extended periods on your lap? I do on occasion, only when it is necessary.

Am 57 and have had the thick, yellowish "jelly worms" whenever I don't stay hydrated. Moving to Arizona desert brought it back until I learned to force water down like crazy. Once hydrated over a period of a few days, the white spurts of youth return. Same thing, but one is allowed to coagulate while the other is swimming in fluid. Drink lots of water, keep your pee clear and save the real apple jelly for toast!

I just discovered for the first time that I was getting tiny globules of this jelly in my semen too, however I know that it wasnt this way before now and there is one major change in my life that could be the cause and may help you pinpoint a cause in yourselves too! I have just been diagnosed with Depression and as such have been prescribed a tablet called Lovan, which is basically Prozac! I only noticed this problem after taking this medication and I also noted on the box that it says that this drug should not be taken while pregnant. I wonder if there is a connection. Are you all on prescribed medicines, maybe it is something we are all taking in common! Just my thoughts! Oh I am also 30 and am noticing this for the very first time! Hope this helps!

But with so many other guys experiencing the same thing, maybe I'm wrong. I plan to see a urologist soon about it. i'll post any info.
