The tubes (epidy-wotsits i think, not sure of correct name) on my left testicle seem alot bigger than on my right one. There also seems to be a greater number of them, is this normal?
I am not sure what you really meant.....there is one tube on each testicle and they are a bit lumpy because the tube is very long but curled up to fit within the scrotal sac.

Above the testicles there are veins. They could dilate and feel or look like a bag of worms. This happens due to blood back up and usually occurs on the left side. To realize what's really happening, you better see an urologist.

Dennis D, your answer is such BS. If you don’t know anything about testicles, maybe you shouldn’t answer the question at all. Even a simple web search can provide more answers then your statement.
