late periods

Hi am 24 and my periods are three weeks late have done tests with my doctor but both bllod and urine test came back negative so am confused i already have two children and with the first it took my doctor until i was nine weeks to confirm i was pregnant do you have any answers as to what the problem could be or could i still be preganant??? i have done test at home that said yes

please help if you can!
