now i have a bit of a yellowish-brownish discharge that has a distinct odour..its not really a bad smell its just a little different..

I'm in a similar situation. My boyfriend and I had sex without a condom and I'm on birth control and have been for about a year now, but I missed a pill Tuesday night and so took 2 pills Wednesday night and had sex without a condom Thursday afternoon. He didn't cum inside me, but I'm a bit scared about precum.
