Hi guys im 16 and for the last two year i have had sevier left sided abdo pain also bad headaches to the point where i cant turn on the light i have been in and out of hospital and seen many doctors and had many tests tests came back clear all of then said they didnt no what it is i was wondering if anybody els has these pains and if they know what it is?

Can you give me a list of what you usually eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks etc. and why you drink for beverage?  Please be honest. I am not here to judge what you eat or drink but could reveal a lot of things. Also, think about any injury or blows that you might have to your body or the extremities when you were a little kid.

i dont usually eat breakfast in the morning i just rush out the door to school. for little break i would eat maybe a small chocolate bar and for lunch a small curry chips for dinner when i go home i would usually eat potatoes and chicken but sometimes eat chips and chicken dont usually eat veg or beans or stuff like that i never dirnk fizzy drinks always dilute and then before i go bed i might have a cup of tea with a biscuit? em i dont think i had an major falls as a child but i do fall alot and get bruses easily i have never broke a bone do you know what this is?

Oh sure… I think I have an idea what this is… it is called malnutrition and deficiency. I am assuming you have parents who provide you with food and your needs. If they are too busy to get you what you need you will have to remind them. Sometimes parents get too busy and forget about the others. Remind them nicely!

There are two major reasons for disease; deficiency and toxicity. Deficiency is in terms of nutrients… We need nutrients everyday to build new cells and function properly. Toxicity is in terms of cellular and blood toxicity. Your liver and kidneys are supposed to take care of most the toxic stuff you ingest and breathe but they can’t do their job if you don’t give them the proper nutrition. Although you are rather young for toxicity but it appears that you are already seeing the effects of some kind of toxicity in terms of headaches. If you want to live a pain free life you will have to learn to take care of yourself.

You are 16 so you either got your driver’s license or you are about to get one and pretty soon you will be looking for a car. The moment you get your car you will have to put gas in the tank in order to drive and enjoy the benefits of having a car. Eating properly is the same thing. If you don’t put proper nutrition in your body you will sputter just like the engine and you will not be able to function. When nutrition deficiency goes on for awhile then you get signs of malfunction like the one you are getting with pains and headaches. If you don’t pay attention to the oil warning light in the car, it may get broken and would be too expensive to fix. You want to do preventive maintenance so that your car runs with no problems. This body of yours is a phenomenal creation but you have to take care of it. God gave you this life and soul to enjoy and put you in charge to take care of your body. I am not here to preach but you are just too young to have malnutrition, pain and headaches. I wish I could give you my website info so that you could read one of the testimonials from a 19 year old college student how he turned around his life after following my directions but I am not allowed to put my website or advertise myself. So we just have to do a few postings back and forth. But this all depends on you and how much you want to be pain free and enjoy your teenage years.

The first thing you will do is write down how much you want to be pain free and what parts of your body hurts the most. Post that piece of paper on the wall and look at it everyday. Then you will send me what message you put on that piece of paper and you and I will work on those one by one. You will not ask your parents too much to spend for good nutrition on you but just enough so that you can start feeling better. It is perfectly Ok to talk to your parents about this because you are not doing anything secretly and if you discuss this change with them they will be more open to the idea. They want you to get better, right?

Here is the first part fo your recipe…you will go to bed at a reasonable time but no later than 10 o’clock and get up 15 minutes earlier so that you can prepare yourself a nutritious drink. This will be a whey protein (not soy or casein protein but pure whey protein) and you will make a smoothie with one banana. I am assuming that you have a blender at home. If you don’t have one then eat the banana while drinking the whey protein mixed with water (not milk). This will take not more than 10-15 minutes of your time in the morning. If you can’t do that then your pain is not bad enough to make this change and the decision to live the way you are is up to you. If you don’t have the appetite then you will try and it will come to you slowly. I am assuming that your parents have filtered water at home. If not, you can ask them to get you a pitcher that you can insert a filter inside. This is called PURE filter. You can find this at Wal-Mart or Target. It is important that you consume filtered water as much as possible. Use this filtered water to make your whey protein shake. There are many whey proteins in the market and perhaps 98% are junk. You want something with the least amount or no chemicals and preservatives. If you check Nutrabio, they have one of the better kinds of whey protein. Do a good research on this as you will see the results of having quality protein immediately. Once you start doing this, in parallel, you will want to consume at least half of your body in oz of water. If you weigh say 140 pounds, you will want to consume 70 oz of filtered water everyday. Other drinks like tea or soda do not count. That is close to 9 eight oz cups. Most cups are 10 oz so at least 7 of those and the first one you will drink as soon as you get up before eating anything. Try to drink it at room temperature because cold water is not good for you or anybody. If you can squeeze half a lemon in each glass of water that will help you with your headaches. Store bought lemon juice has chemicals. You want fresh lemons. Remember you are trying to detoxify. Lemon juice has preservatives and no use to your body because it was bottled perhaps couple of months ago!

So in summary, I am recommending three things that you need to do. 1. Go to bed a at a reasonable time so that you can sleep at least 8 hours but no later than 10 oclock and get up 15 minutes earlier than usual. 2. Consume sufficient water (do the math yourself depending on how much you weigh) and preferably with half of a fresh lemon squeezed in each cup. You will not be able to do this when you are at school but do the best you can when you are at home. 3. Get a quality whey protein so that you can prepare yourself a fast breakfast with a banana or an apple.

I am going to stop here because you will need to follow these first. It may take you couple of weeks to get started but sooner the better if you want to feel better. When you start doing these write back. I will check this post occasionally. If you do that I will give you some more suggestions how to better take care of your self. Good luck...
