I have been having this problem with my leg muscles burning and feeling stiff and very heavy now since August of 2006. All of a sudden it came on. I did find out that i have osteoartritis in both my knees, but my doctor has nothing to help with my legs hurting so bad. I can't lift anything to heavy because i feel it in my legs right away. Going up and down the stairs in my house makes them start to hurt right away. Standing or sitting for a long period of time makes them hurt with the burning and heaviness. The only relief i get is when i go to bed at night and the pressure seems to relieve this discomfort. Thankyou for your time in reading this. Carolyn Baylies

I am also having same symptoms, because I suffered from Deep vein thrombosis(DVT), I take the warfarin for last one year, now i am feeling better, So Pls consult your vascular surgeon, and find the problem if u r suffererd wit DVT?.
