although light passes through any fluid filled lump but does light passes through testicles ?
In answer to your question, yes light can pass through the testicles. Cancer has been detected before by shining a light through the testes. Does this answer your question?
I am having a lump at the upper part of left testicle(perhaps near the epididymis) . I put a torch light behind it in a dark room . Light is passing through the lump clearly but not through both the testicles and cords ... Please suggest me what it may be ?
I honestly could not say what it is. Is it causing you pain? Does it affect any quality of your life? What is your age? I am from Canada and in Canada we have a nurses line that you can call for fee advice, is there something like that where you are from?
no sir it is neither causing any pain nor it increases in size. I am having it since about 11 years. Now I am of age -32. I am scared about cancer but till now the lump is not creating any problem for me and also light is passing through it. But I am depressed that although the light is clearly passing through the lump but not through testicles(the source was a normal torch light) . The lump is about 1.5/2 cm in width and attached to the upper part of left testicle. Although it is difficult to diagnosis online but can U say the probable cause ?
I cannot and will not diagnose as I am not a doctor and to be honest I cannot guess on what it is either. Have you thought about prostrate cancer - that is often found more in men than women.
