Lightheadedness Issue, can it be caused by tentative neuropathy which still needs to be confirmed

72 year old male, MRI, CT, labs, eye, ENT evaluation, EKG all normal.  Still have one ear test left but have tried antibiotics, prednisone, reclusive, no help.  Have a tentative neuropathy diagnosis which will be confirmed or not by a Neurologist in late August.  Could this be the cause of LH?
