when i go to the loo to urinate, the urine feels hot and after i wipe i find traces of blood on the tissue. please help.

Dont ignor it. It could be a water infection or a kidney infection. Take a water sample to your doctors for testing.
You can have a kidney infection an have no other signs, But damage can be happening.
