Today I realized that I have a little thing attached to my right ball. My balls have also been itching and kinda been hurting a little bit. The past 3 days I have also had a little blood in my semen. I'm 18 years old by the way.
Could this be an infection?

I have done some research, and have found out that all of my symptons match epididymitis
It matches, because I also have that small tube, and all the pains you may experience are relatable to me.
By the way, I can move it around, but it's like it's attached to a small string, so it does not sit on the ball itself.
