I've recently lost about 12 pounds. Not because i was " fat" just so i could feel better about myself and the way i look. I have a poorly proportioned body and all my weight is in my stomach/love handle area. i have NO hips. and i've recently read that it could be due to high testostorone levels. Anyways, Since i've lost the weight and people have told me how good i look, i use it as an excuse to have more and more treats. I exercised and ate JUST my meals without snacking in between. I cut out sweets for a very longgg time. Now i've found myself eating cheesecake the past 2 days and chips with dip! I need some help or a better route to go about dietings.
Ps. I'm the type of person who eats just because the food is around. I could be STUFFED from supper, but if i see my sister with an icecream, i'll get one too!

I think the best way to combat central obesity is to put yourself on a high protein, low glycemic and high fiber diet. Commit yourself to regular exercise, 3 to 5 times a week, that include aerobic and weight training.
