Actually.....your symptoms are probably from all of the toxins leaving your body. You most likely WILL have side affects but 99% of the time it's a good thing because your 'cleansing' your body of impurities! I've been using this products since 2006 with absolutely NO SIDE EFFECTS and I use EVERYTHING!...I LOVE this product and will probably be on it for life. Sometimes however...people could have allergic reactions to certain products...just like any real foods out there! I can't eat certain fruits because of an allergic reaction..but every person's body is different! But I would HIGHLY recommend to NOT GIVE UP just yet! It REALLY is GREAT FOOD! BEST on the market! SOOOO not TRUE! I've been on the products since 2006 and LOVE each and every one of them! No bad side affects at all...lost weight and feel EXTREMELY HEALTHY on them! MY experience has been VERY positive and I will probably stay on them for the rest of my life! I know MANY MANY people having the SAME experience who are NOT selling the products...they just use them because they LOVE them! SO PLEASE...if you don't really know anything about the company or business.....think before you complain and write negatives comments! Just sayin!

I have also been experiencing heightened anxiety, crazy mood swings, nausea, and fatigue since starting isagenix three weeks ago. I wasn't sure if it was due to the products, but I am thinking they could be the cause. I am stopping now!

no no your not supposed to use ionix or the cleanse for life while pregnant!! You can drink the shakes and eat the bars but NOT those two other things, because when you cleanse and release toxins those things can go to your baby!

Well I have been on it for 2 and a half months now and I did feel great in the first 3 weeks losing 16 pounds. Now I feel like 100 years old, having several health issues, body aches all over and all the time, getting a lot of tests done but so far the only thing to blame is this stupid cleanse. I did it 3x. I never did 2 shakes a day but did take accelerator n isaflush. I feel horrible and regret every minute this diet. When I was overweight I had no pain and no problems

I had a history of chronic kidney stones, but no longer do since I started on isagenix. You cannot make these claims, when the isagenix program done properly would help prevent them. It is only food. My kidney stones were caused by my fluid retention medicine in my blood pressure medication, which I no longer need thanks to isagenix reducing my weight so quickly.

But people are having really horrible reactions. In all fairness I have seen this product work well for people, but as I lay in a hospital bed today I was receiving photos of the ingredients instead of a concern for my upline. Honestly, my throat closed off and my lips swelled and are bruised. This happen to me on my cleanse during the night. I had a rash all over my body and spent 7 hours in the hospital. With my blood pressure at 94/34. I literally thought that I was dying. Sadly the show must go on. But everyone on this product says it is detoxing. That is not detoxing and their should be warnings. I have seen plenty of information on this same or similar reactions all over the web. Please do not ignore serious health risk no matter what the Happy People say. It is your body and if it does not feel right stop the product immediately.

I too suffered from severe ibs so much so that it was hard for me to leave my house. I was prescribed medication to control the systems but ended up taking more than the maximum dose with no positive results. I was at a point of utter disappointment and despair. I prayed for healing and heard in my spirit to stop all the medication and fast completely for three days. Water only for three days. At the time I was led to do this I had no idea that it takes three days for bacteria, parasites, inflammation, etc to heal. During a fast your body is able to completely rest. No digestion is taking place and your organs can use all the energy in the body to heal itself. Long story short, at the end of three days I was completely healed. I now fast three days out of the month every month for body maintenance. I have been where you are at and my advice is give it a try. See if your body responds the way mine did. I have MS, IBS because of the ms and lots of other little issues. This product has helped me feel better. The only issue I have that is a health related issue is that I have extremely heavy periods since taking this. It's so bad that I'm considering having a hysterectomy, but I'm not sure that extreme of a decision is in my best interest.

I have bouts of diarrhea throughout the 30 day cleanse. I have almost instant run to the bathroom now kinda moments sometimes after taking ionx. Its not all the time, but I do see some IBS irritation with that. The shakes don't do it to me so much. The cleanse for life stuff also tends to make me nauseated, and since I take it in cogruance with ionx it's hard to pin point which product causes it. I would say ionx. I'm curious how your experience went.

I hate this stuff. It does not fill you up fir long. The fiber bars make you very gassy. I did not lose a pound. I need to drop about 7. I don't think this product works at all. I'm nit concerned about cost because I got it for free.... And will be sending it back to that person.
