I'm experiencing the same feeling right now. I did the shake with added cleanse and took 2 Isoflushes and I woke up this morniing feeling like I might be having chest pains. Then I figured it was gas. It was so painful it hurts when I breathe and when I move. Feels like something is stabbing me and it hasn't stopped now for the last 8 hours. I am late to this link because I had not opened any emails related to Isagenix due to my bad experience. I have suffered with IBS and jumped on this bandwagon to help me stay out of the bathroom. Isagenix only made my IBS worse. I was not lactose intolerant until I started with their program. I ended up with rectal bleeding and having to go through additional medical testing. Once I stopped the program, my life got back to IBS normal. Be careful.

I have been on this product for 6 days and have lost weight (7 lbs) which was what I wanted quick weight loss, however if I wasn't out a lot of money I would have stopped at day 3. I have been so painfully hungry and light headed. This program doesn't take into account your body weight at start so someone small is eating the same calories as someone large and someone who works out twice a day eats the same as someone who does nothing. I have been constipated, had palpitations, can't sleep and always feel weak and tired. Save your money. You will lose weight by drinking two protein packed delicious homemade smoothie and a reasonable supper and save yourself the ridiculous amount of money. If you have ibs try a plant based diet, try veganism for 2 weeks. I also have ibs and was vegan for six months lost tons of weight and not one belly pain the whole time. I will be going back to that gladly when this last not good shake is gone

Both my mother and I have been on Isogenix for over 3 weeks. I just broke out with a severe rash on my neck, chest, wrists, fingers and face. Today she is breaking out. I even had to go to the ER. Now I'm on a nice dose of Prednizone. I'm out $350 and covered in a painfully itchy rash. Yaay!

I have taken it and experienced excessive 'niacin flush' from the B3 vitamins. My doc said niacin should be taken after meals to avoid this, while the person who signed me up for this stuff told me to keep taking the Ionix Supreme before meals. Sorry, I think I'll defer to a health care professional instead of a stay-at-home mom who thinks selling Isagenix makes her a nutrition expert.

I am experiencing the back and side pains. I also feel it is my kidneys. Very scary doing this diet without a doctors supervision. I have been told don't worry, it is just your liver cleaning out chemicals which are then released into your intestines and that is where the pain comes from. I feel I need more qualified advisors when I am being advised on my organs aching!
