When I finished one month of isagenix I had bad allergic reactions to everything I normally eat. My face and ears swelled up. I have hives everywhere. I lost 15 lbs but it was not worth it. You can find much better products for less money. Or just eat better and work out.

I'm dealing with a pile up of kidney stones that developed while I was using Isagenix. Surprised when I began typing into Google about Isa and kidney stones and it autofilled it all in... Must mean there is no backed data ststing it doesn't cause it and a lot of data that says it does. Oh, and I'm 28 years old suffering through these with three young children to care for. I will never recommend this product to any since long term effects of using can't be validated.

The only side negative side affect I've had with Isagenix is some hair loss. I have long hair and they say it's normal to lose 100 hairs a day, but I seem to be losing way more hair than before I started Isagenix, I have to clean my brush out every other day because I'm losing so much. From my research it is possibly due to the selenium in the shakes. I've lost 40 pounds in 4 months, feel really good, so far losing some extra hair isn't enough of a deterrent for me to stop... If I start going bald then I think I'll have no choice. Good luck and peace to all.

There is absolutely a maintenance program . A good coach would have helped you with that

My experience was similar. For about 6 weeks I felt great, but then the bloating in my stomach was getting out of hand and I felt my waist GROWING not shrinking. I asked the lady who signed me on and she actually suggested the problems were either too many vegetables or mixing my shake in a way that it trapped air. I couldn't believe the response I was getting and I wondered how ignorant I would need to be to believe those explanations.

I too have come up short finding real testimonies/negative reviews of this product that are different from the complaints you find on any diet program. Several friends - whom I love and have also trained with - had great results and boasted how good they felt on this program. So...after 2 years of hemming & hawing, I started the program in November 2015, was proud to have lost 14 pounds in about 6 weeks. Couldn't do the cleanse days after my 2nd week- felt awful and took 2 days to recover. They tell you that if you don't do the snacks/juice/cleanse/supplements you won't have stellar results which is one of the reasons I was hesitant to start. The juices made me very nauseaous. I loved the boost of energy I felt so I pushed through. I accidentially took 2 doses of the accelator with my own vitamin, which I believe triggered a Niacin reaction (flush). After that, I could no long tolerate the juices or the supplements without side effects. I think I went to dr 3 times and made about 7 calls to the dr's offices trying to figure out what was going on with me. Drs couldn't find anything wrong (which is good), I started wondering if it was the Isagenix. Since Niacin is in most of the supplements (Niacin has many benefits and the low flush version usually does not cause people issues - guess I just became super sensitive). As I stopped taking the accelerator, my symptoms decreased. Eliminating the cleanse for life and ionix resolved the nausea. Oh! The waffers! I am the only person I know who would bloat after having the waffers! Side note, my 2 year old LOVED them! The Isa Delights were good but any diet that says "hey, don't eat meals today but have a couple pieces of chocolate" kind makes me suspicious. After trying to continue on with the shakes minus all the other stuff, I am having the same results as I did when I tried other programs (not losing anything). I do like the shakes and do not think I'm having any issues with them. So moving forward, I'll be taking the advice of another friend who is also a physical trainer - get a quality protein protein (I'm sticking with the isagenix shakes for now), a quality multi vitamin, and eat clean with the goal being eat when you're hungry only.

The rest of your life is not 2 shakes a day. You really did not understand the program. There are thousands of people who have not only successfully lost weight but kept it off for years. I've used it since 2006 and love it, along with many many people I know. Sounds like you have other issues going on with your body and mind. I've never been bored on the program. There are so many ways to change things up.

I was just googling side effects from Isagenix too because I've developed Two huge purple bruises on the back of my leg and hip. I've never experienced this before using the products.

Tried it for 14 days was absolutely faithful, almost ocd. Did not lose any weight.Started having headaches, no energy. The coach kept telling me drink more water, I told her I was drinking 10 bottles a day.16.9 ounces each. She said I needed more water. I only weighed 165lbs. I drank more water. Headaches got worse, less energy, I could hardly get out of bed. I quit the isogenix diet on day 14. I had water toxicity. BTW they only refunded half of my money.

Challenge yourself to write down what u spend in a month on everything. I use to say I couldn't afford but it's $40 a week for breakfast and lunch. Not bad. I waited until I got $80 on a prepaid credit card and then every week put $40 on and every 2 weeks or monthly made my order. Best thing I ever did and I don't sell it at all just yet but that is coming. I don't feel like it's selling as I feel so good truthfully and it's really not hard to get 2 people to join u in a healthy journey and 2 people ordering some type of starter pack is all it takes to help get part of or all of your pack paid for.

85% of the people who are on Isagenix do not sell it. A 30 day pack is only $272 plus tax and shipping and is cheaper then the money you would spend at the market. I save money on mine... I already owned my own marketing company before I started on the program and had such a huge health transformation I decided to have it be my lifestyle I feel so much better. From your negative abrasive tone may I suggest you try it too? Sometimes when our brain chemicals are off we go out and look for things to be negative about. The program has saved so many lives... that is what it is all about...:-)

Ok I read the entire document Isagenix is not listed anywhere. There is way to much great data and research on this product. I have been on it 9 months and feel amazing!

You may have detoxed to fast they should have cut you down to one shake a day and start slowly. If you were allergic to dairy they have a non dairy version. When your body starts to detox those toxins release into blood stream. It can cause all sorts of weird symptoms. I have never heard of anyone being allergic before.
