I think the vegan product would be worth trying but I believe the whey would make inflammatory bowel disease worse. -ER Nurse

You have a thirty day money back guarantee. That's plenty of time to return something that's not working.

I started about a month ago. Yes I believe I've lost weight, mainly due to the low cal intake. I've also been bleeding heavily from after the first week I began, which has been totally out of the norm. (Ive now found out this can be a side effect), I've not felt at all like advertised. In fact I've often felt I've had no energy and cranky and anxious. I think the same weight loss results would happen from any low cal diet, and you can get shake meal replacements from the supermarket for half the price.

Hello, I also have developed a severe rash on one thigh and on both of my arms. I have been on isagenix for 2 1/2 months and I'm finally seeing my dr again. I've stopped isagenix for this reason! Did you have kidney pain at all?

Yes I have started with the same pain. I started Isagenix one week and a half ago and started getting the pain along with other not so good sensations by the end of the first week. I am exhausted and tired constantly, being told this is part of the cleanse by others on the program. I have done cleanses before and these symptoms are not from any cleanse I've done before or continued this length of time.

Isagenix is a meal replacement. So if you work out hard core 5 days a week you should be eating 5-7 meals a day and 2-3 of those meals are replaced with a shake. The rest are high protein whole food meals. Second, a deep cleanse involves the drink, chocolates, wafers/chips and if you are on maintenance you can have apples, pears, cucumbers. If you gained your weight back it's because you returned back to bad eating habits. Sorry you didn't have the right mentor or coach to guide you but everybody is different and Isagenix is very versatile. It has no-compromise top of the line ingredients. Your complaint is not valid and sets a false impression. Have a blessed day!

And you can do half day or nightly cleanse...depends on your goals. If you gained your weight back it's because you returned back to bad eating habits. I find it interesting that you say it helped you lose weight, but once you stopped you gain it all back.
Of course you would though because you stopped having two meals a day that are so full of optimal nutrients for two meals of the day. Even with a whole-food diet eating as healthy as possible, it comes up shy on the results you get compared to result WITH Isagenix.
I don't think you hate Isagenix, I think you hate that you quit eating superfoods.

Sad that you feel you have to be both rude and mean. Guess no one ever taught you that if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all, or....if you can't be part of the solution, don't feel that you need to add to the problem.

That said, let me know explain a few things to you. Each time you do one of these quick weight loss plans, your metabolism is altered. Your metabolism is also altered by hormonal changes, chemotherapy, and aging. Your metabolism is also affected b genetics, so what might be true for you, may not be true for another. I complained about only losing 10 lbs on this during a 16 week challenge while my DIL lost 30 and my son lost 40 and I absolutely rejoiced with them, however, my endocrinologist pointed out that I am 65 and my body fought cancer all of 2015 with chemotherapy and radiation so he thought all body changes considered I should be happy with what I got because my metabolism had a mind of it's own and it's not an easy thing to change.

So please do not call people pigs and assume that their weight gain is their own doing when you have no idea how the diet affected their metabolism.
