Day 19 - got 7+ hours of sleep last night didn't wake up once and it felt really good. Took my vitamins and going soak have a long day ahead of me. Dr appt for my kids and errands to finish then off to tanning bed. I finally am getting my dark tan back after a year plus of being ghostly looking so I feel really good. Each step I have taken has been a step closer to that finally step of being me again!!

Thank you for sharing. I just tried to set up a similar journal. Tomorrow is my day 1. I tried kratom for the first time because I hadn't heard about the loratidine.

When I struggled through w/ds after several unsuccessful attempts, I browsed the web for any and everything that may help. Loratidine came up, but I always thought it was just for the "you know what" side effect only and just took two like the package said. If any of those sites had mentioned taking as many as 10 like you do here, I really believe I would have been free over a year ago.

Thank you. This is so encouraging. I will probably use the kratom intermittently since I paid so much for it, but go the route you did with the loartidine. Who would have thought! Think of the poor souls spending thousands at the rehab facilities.

Thank you also for being so diligent. It's easy to quit writing after you have the beast tame, but a great success story like this is what keeps me wanting to try.

ChickenLittle - I too have a way to many failed attempts I the 7 years I was in pain mgmt. The loperamide has definitely been my saving grace. It is crazy to think a pooh pill helps stops 99.9% of the physical withdrawals and helps with the emotional ones but it truly works. Be careful with the kratom because it to can be very addictive and the withdrawals if used to long are very bad also. I really never thought I could get to this point and I'm so proud and thankful for all of these sites that give honest good advice. Today is 3 weeks for me and Its hard for me to think how I wasted 7 years when all that time there was a miracle "pooh" pill in my medicine cabinet. Best of luck you can do this!! Keep me posted on how well you do and remember It's a long hard road to travel but a ride well worth taking:-)

Day 22 - last night was pretty rough but then again when you get a call telling you have loved one is in the hospital it's not that easy to sleep no matter what your body is going through. Hopefully they are doing better waiting on phone call. But anyways took my vitamins going soak and just try to relax and not worry myself sick. Will check back tonight. Best wishes

Day 25 - got a good 7 hours of sleep after a long day of moving my daughter to the college campus. It was a long very stressful day but for the most part I think I handled it pretty well. My back was killing me took 2 Advil and a good 30 minute rest and it eased up so that felt really good. Going spend the day with my husband and try to relax a little. We both need it after a hard emotional day yesterday.

Day 26 - my sleep seems to have stabled around 7 hours a night which is awesome. My mood and energy are getting a lot better and hopefully more energy comes soon. Kept myself busy again today and that really helps so I will keep pushing myself until I'm 100% back to the way I was and should have been the past 7 years. Praying for everyone trying to quick those evil devils. It can be done:-)
