We need more information. All this statement does is refer to a previous x-ray and confirms it.
It is likely (without knowing more) that they see a haze or shadow on your x-ray. It can indicate fluids or scarring, possibly as a result of PTB.

Hi Mpa,
Some PTB is VERY resistant to antibiotics. Take them EXACTLY as directed and follow your doctors instructions closely.
Whatever they saw on the x-ray MAY be "old" scarring. It will never heal completely. Check with your doctor.
