I have a lot of fat on my back and behind! Can you suggest any exercises that might help with this problem? I have been on a diet and have already lost a lot of weight. I think I can say that I am proud of myself! It is obvious that I need a little bit more than just a diet alone though! I like the thought of work outs that will build up some muscle as well. Any ideas what I could be doing?
