I recently joined Weight Watchers and have started to lose a lot of weight. I am now 5 lbs lighter than I was when I got pregnant, and I still have another 10 lbs to go before I reach my ideal weight. The problem is in my butt area though, as I can already see that a lot of the fat is centred around there and as the belly fat come off, and my inner thighs slimmed down, the butt fat is still there. Is there anything I can do to lose this fat only?

I strongly advise you to go and see what your local gym has to offer. The YMCA has a great one, and my family and I are all members. They don't cost an arm and a leg and I am really satisfied with them. They even have childcare if you need it. Don't just do anything; ask one of their instructors to help you set up a personal program for you that targets just your butt fat and any other areas you might want to pay a little extra attention to.
