In six days time, I am meeting one of my old flames. And I really want to wear the dress that I wore when I met him for the first time. Unfortunately, I have put on some weight. Not much, but just enough to look podgy in the dress. I want to have a go at losing a dress size in these six days. Is that possible? How would I do it?
