I have really fat, muscly legs and I have no idea how that got that huge. I cycle to work every day, but so do some friends of mine and they don't have legs like I do! It is frustrating and I hate it. I want to lose the muscle on my legs. What is the way to do this? I am willing to try anything!
You need to stop cycling, get a cab or a bus, then if you want to lose fat do swimming without kicking your legs. I have the same problem with my legs, they're enormous, I've lost most of the fat but they're still hideously muscular. I know if I cycled or even dfid running they'd bulk, my legs get bulkier if I do too much walking or dancing in clubs I hate it. Hope this helps.
