i am 14 years old, 5'3 and weight 154pds. i want to have a flat stomach by june 12, 2013. im starting my diet march 1...i really need help finding a diet plan. i dont want people to be like "cut out blah blah blah" i already know about that. i want someone to be like "breakfast,lunch,pre workout,dinner,snack..this is what you will eat if yu want a flat stomach by june 12. please someone help me, i have been looking everywhere but i cant find anything to help me. also, i have bad knees so there are some exersices i cant do, so if yuo could think of any and just let me know in the comments that would be amazing!!! thanks :)
