Everyone can lose weight. Weight loss is not the privilege of those able and willing to pay up and subscribe to expensive dieting programs - anybody can do it, in the comfort of your own home. My mantra is eat less, exercise more. Do this, and weight loss will surely follow you. I can't guarantee it will happen in 2 weeks, but it will happen.
