i am currently about 144 pounds and am 5 foot 5 and a 1/2 . i would like to lose as much weight as possible in about three months , but in a healthy way ! i am not up for being an anorexic or bilemic . i realllllly would like to lose my love handles if there is any certain way to do just that . anything will do ! please please help !!
