im 14 and its going to be a busy year for me, so i don't think i will have time to exercise until like july but my belly fat really annoys me so i want to lose about 3 kgs. (which i think is 9 or 8 pounds) I never eat junk food, and i rarely eat stuff like biscuits, chocolate and stuff like that. So is it possible for me to loose, lets say- 10 pounds without exercise but eating healty foods?
