My aunt had a heart attack and had stents put in her. she has been home for a few days and feels aweful. she cant sleep wont eat or drink, throws up constanly and is in pain all over, now she has shortness of breathe but she wont go back to the hospital. are these feelings normal? please help soon.

I'm afraid that no matter how much your aunt doesn't want to go at the hospital, she will have to. Stent procedures are major surgical procedures and from what you described, she is experiencing very serious post operative complications. There is no point in having the surgery, than going through all the pain now, so you will have to do more than you can to get her to see a doctor.
Nausea, loss of appetite and abdominal pain sound to me like they are most likely caused by the medications she might been taking post operatively. They are very strong and very harsh on the stomach, but the longer she doesn't eat and suffers, the harder it gets and the worse consequences for her might be. So I don't think tehre is much point in waiting.
