I have what I think are Fordyce spots but I'm still a little concerned there are about 100 or so all over my penis and Pubic area mainly at the base they are all clustered up and it's taking a role emotionally. I've had the same sexual partner for the past 6 months and she hasn't gotten anything so I don't think it's an std. The only thing that's leading me away from Fordyce spots is the fact that the ones in the Pubic area get really itch from time to time when I get sweaty in that are and its causing me self esteem problems especially when it comes to having sex. Also they showed up about 3 months ago.
I think it's fordyce spots. Mine get itchy too sometimes.
I would recommend seeing a doctor.
