So i had a sexual encounter last week. Protection was used during oral and the intercourse. Over night i literally developed symptoms. I woke with a bad headache, lower backache around my right kidney area aswell as a bloated pressure feeling in my right abdomin area. Would hiv symptoms hit me that fast overnight? Or another std/sti? I have a ct scan done but everything came back good aswell as my urine. It had small amount of white blood cells but nothing major. I was given some anti biotics and the ache has subsided. Just having some muscle aches now.
