For more then a week or so i've been having gurgling in my stomace, and i've been frequently urinating, yet I haven't had any bowel movements, or very few. I would have an upset stomache and nasea a lot of times. I am always feeling hungry, and majority of the time after I eat, even if it's not much I feel sick, stomache pains, and nasea. I'm not sure what's going on. Also when i lay down at night on my stomache i feel like there's something there, or that i'm laying on something. I'm also feeling always tired, wanting to oversleep. Can anyone tell me what might be going on?

this may be a sign of stomach parasites. the symptoms you have described sound like that may be what's going on. i would check with a doctor or check into detoxing your system.
I know that this post is probably about 5 years old but I've been having the same symptoms. I really want to figure out what it is. If you figured out what was going on can you please respond to this!
