Hi, I am 32 years old woman, and I feel like my whole life is falling apart. I am anxious, stressed and worried, and I have to do something about it, before it’s too late. I heard of Lucinda Bassett's program, and I would like to try it. Did anyone try this therapy?

Hi, I heard of this woman. She suffered from anxiety herself for a long time. This condition affects more than 20 million Americans, any age and race. I know a little about this, because everyone thought about 5 years ago that I was anxious. They were sending me to different psychologists, but it turned out I was just going through puberty. Her theory is that anxious people suffer from this condition, because they are intelligent, creative and sensitive. She is probably right that sensitive people are more affected, but I’m not so shore about the “intelligent” part. She also says that anxious people often torture themselves with imagining the worst possible scenarios that are not even real. So, maybe I was anxious after all, because this is exactly what I was doing for several years. However, people usually say that Lucinda Bassett's Attacking Anxiety program really helps. I don’t know if this is really the truth, but if you want to get better, you have nothing to lose.
