Lump/boil/spot is growing on my vagina and it's freaking my out- 16 years old and not had sex yet

So basically, about a week or so ago my vagina became incredibly itchy, more particularly around the lips and inside like below the clit. I shave quite thoroughly down there as I first assumed that it was in-growing hair irritatin my vagina and causing this itch. So I shaved it more so the tiny stubble wouldnt irritate. It worked for a day or so but then became unvearably itchy again. I did some reasearched and freaked out because I thought it could be a yeast infection. Then I noticed you get like a cottage cheese type discharge which I wasn't getting any- I'm on the pill so I couldn't be starting my period. A week went by and I kept having to shave thoroughly to avoiding the irritation and itch, but I'd keep waking up in the night with a desire to itch, it became really painful. I was inspecting my vagina closely a few minutes ago and noticed there's a lump/boil/spot sort of thing growing on the actual vagina opening, and it hurts when you touch it. It's about a marble size and I think there is 2 much smaller spots growing behind it. I immediately completely panicked!!!!!!!!! So I looked on the Internet but what came up was like that it's normal and the spot/pimple will just burst blood and puss centrally. That made me feel a bit better but it's so uncomfortable and I'm sitting loads of exams at te moment so I'm really stressed out and having an itchy vagina really doesn't help. Sorry to write loads but I'm really concerned an I'd like to avoid asking my doctor if possible as its pretty embarrassing as I'm 16, I've done stuff with my boyfriend but I haven't had sex. It would be pretty awkward to ask my mum too, I'm pretty indapendent and don't like asking these sorts of things. Pleeeeeeeeasssseeeeee I anyone could help, I would be so appreciative as I'm really worried!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much
