hey guys, not sure if ive had this all the time or its new but i can feel a hard lump about 1cm by 1cm in the centre of my chest, just as my chest bones stop going down, its not on my stomach and its directly in the centre and doesnt hurt.
Any ideas? or is this just normal?

It could be the tip of the xiphoid process of your sternum.
i just noticed mine a few weeks ago and i was starting to get worried that it might be a tumor cause i've never felt it before i've been on different health sites and they say pretty much the same thing about it... it seems to be normal from what they say.
