Lump on Epidemium

I have a lump(5mm) on the Epidemium, left testicle, isnt varicocele, I had a couple of infections on the past, and this lump bringme alot of disconfort, on left side of rectum, left abdomen and some clear discharge on penis, it sims to be always wet.... and the only way to diminuish is to masturbate or have sex, but after some hours it's back again...ibuprofen and antibiotic, keep the disconfort on the bay, but they work less and less, and I cant take them anymore...(level 0 to 10 - 3)
