I have been into body building for six months now, and I have made some great progress! Apart from the fact that a lump just showed up on my pectoral muscle. I don't want to see my regular GP because I am sure the lump has something to do with the bodybuilding, and I am sure he will tell me to quit bodybuilding, which I really don't want to do.
Sometimes you can overdo bodybuilding, and your muscles will become too strained. I am sure that if you take a little break from your work out regime, your lump will disappear. Don't worry about undoing your results. Giving your muscles a break every now and again will encourage them to thrive when you resume working out - everyone who does fitness knows this. Good luck!
