I'm 15, and I have a hole in my foreskin.
When I pull my foreskin back, there is a hole just under my glans on the topside.

When I feel it through the foreskin, it's a lump and is quite painful.

I haven't had sex in over 6 months now, and it appeared roughly 3 months ago.

I've noticed it's gotten bigger but is under half a centimeter.

Is there any way I can have this removed?
