If you have a tiny ball attached to either of your testicals and a big lump almost like a third testicle yet ,then it's probably nothing but if you have a big lump like a third testical then go see a doctor but don't worry about it at all, plus if you have a little ball on your testicle I would go see a doctor anyway just to be sure

I have a similar problem, I noticed it around 13-14 years old. I thought it would go away but today, 16 years of age an it has grown bigger. It is not uncomfortable at all but it is very noticeable especially when comparing the two sides. It kinda feels like worms and it is located inside my ballsack. But I am seriously worried but also embarrassed to notify my mother.
