Im 18 years old, and i have recently found a lump to the left of my left testical. It's not really attached to the actual ballsack at all, but it hurts when i put pressure against it. it feels as if its a pimple that needs to be popped..but wont pop. its about the size of a piece of gum after balled up, please let me know what this is..i've never had unprotected sex.
