I suggest that you get it checked out IMMEDIATELY, bumps on your testicles can be tumors. Don't be scared to tell anyone, its something problematic and you shouldn't be embarresed by it. This is something serious and you should seek help. However, if this lump is on the scrotum (ball sack skin) and its like a pimple, its likely to be an ingrown hair and you need to squeeze it to get the puss out, I get them every now and then.
