Lump under my right breast nipple since 3 months

I am 22 years old male.I had not such kind of problem before.I have a lump under only of my right breast nipple....when i touch it ,causes pain .It is hard....normally it does not cause pain.

Now i want to know what it is? And How can i  get rid of such kind of problem.
